F/T position with the Institutional Discharge Project providing daily treatment & rehab services to seriously mentally ill adults transitioning from institutions to community living. Primary duties include contributing to assessment & service planning, individual & group skill building, crisis management, rehab services & other support services. Knowledge of group dynamics and commitment to client centered work; experience with groups including planning, teaching, and co-leadership responsibilities. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals who provide direct client services in collaboration with a lead clinician and mini-team.

BA/BS degree preferred in SW, Psych or related field with some work experience OR 5 years relevant work experience may be substituted for education OR education & relevant work experience equivalent to 5 years may be considered. Substance abuse treatment experience preferred. Computer skills required. Personal transportation with clean driving record & insurance mandatory. Excellent salary and benefits.
