Job Title:   Director of Housing

Under the supervision of the Director, Adult Services the Housing Services Director is responsible for the design, implementation, and on-going operation of a range of housing and support services for persons impacted by severe mental illness and/or co-occurring addictive disorders. The housing services system is inclusive of all clinical service teams which focus on all consumers having safe, affordable and accommodating housing as the core function of the service model. The role is one of partnership with the Clinical Managers to insure operational and clinical success as evidenced by utilization rates and customer satisfaction. The Housing Services Director serves as a member of the adult services management team.

Requires a Master’s degree in mental health or related field preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in other disciplines, including management or administration with qualifying mental health experience may be considered. Professional license or certification preferred. Personal transportation with clean driving record & AK vehicle insurance mandatory. Excellent salary plus benefits. Open until filled.
