Job Title:   Clinical Associate - Pathways

Job description:

F/T grant-funded position providing outreach & engagement services to homeless chronic inebriates w/co-occurring disorders at the Municipal Public Inebriate Transfer Station. Requires a mature, self-directed person w/an interest in serving this difficult-to-engage population. Responsibilities include: identification & assessment of chronic public inebriates w/co-occurring disorders; engagement in mental health svcs & linkage to other treatment services; crisis management; facilitating client’s access to housing, benefits, job training, public transportation, & other resources to increase their self-sufficiency; recording/reporting data to meet grant requirements; and participating in clinical svcs, treatment planning, & program implementation.

Requirements/Skills

BA/BS required in SW, Psych, or related field; may substitute 5 years experience w/substance abuse treatment or co-occurring disorders. Computer skills required. Prefer CD II certification. Personal transportation, proof of insurance & clean driving record mandatory. Excellent salary and benefits.
